"Had this insurance for years customer service was good, had to do a claim and they cancelled homeowners insurance, guess we’re supposed to live with mold and floor about ready to fall through. They cancelled the insurance and told us we’d have to go elsewhere for insurance so much for loyalty, 1 claim in 6 or so years we had them for them to cancel it."
